Wash your hair with a light herbal shampoo. |
 |
For
dry hair, use Vitamin E Aloe Vera or the wild flower shampoo.
These are easily available in the market. Then condition your
hair with the help of a conditioner. |
 |
If
you have dry hair, then in 2 eggs, mix 2 tsp amla or
gooseberry, reetha and shikakai powder. Now add 2-tblsp
mayonnaise (used in salad) and 2 tsp honey. This provides
protein and oil to hair and nourishes them. Apply this to the
roots of the hair and then move upwards. |
 |
If
you use hair color or hair dye, then use hair pack. For oily
hair, mix 3 tblsp multani mitti or Fuller's earth with 1 egg,
juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup beer, and 2 tsp of amla or
gooseberry, reetha and shikakai powder. Keep it for 40-45
minutes and shampoo your hair and then apply the conditioner. |
 |
While shampooing your hair, make sure that all the oil gets
washed away otherwise the oil on the scalp will make the hair
look dirty. |
 |
While applying the shampoo, mix it with some water and then
apply it without wetting your hair. Form lather and pour some
water at regular intervals of time. Then wash it away and
again shampoo your hair properly. |
 |
Straighten up some strands of hair and pull them. If they
sweak, then the oil has been removed. |
 |
Hair experts say that oil is not harmful for hair but at the
same time it is necessary that it should be applied properly.
The oil should be washed away from the hair 1 hour after
applying it otherwise the scalp would remain oily. |
 |
You
should massage the scalp once a week for half an hour with
aromatherapy hair oil |
